Quality Assurance System

Randaberg Groups QUALITY-  AND HSE MANAGEMENT MANUAL - regulate and set the standard for all our activities.

This manual is based on the requirements of ”Internkontrollforskriften” and NS-EN ISO 9001, and forms the overall guidelines for managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in Randaberg Group AS.

The company`s quality management system shall be approved and certified by an accredited body in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2008, NS-EN ISO 3834-2 and The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC).

Methods of managementand control of critical and quality related activities are established by documented procedures, instructions, guidelines and other controlling documents.

Procedures and instructions is owned by and approved by department managers.

Quality Plan are established for each individual project related to spesific requirements.

Quality Plans are owned and approved by the project manager.

Quality Policy

Randaberg Industries` overall objectives are to manufacture and deliver products with the correct quality, to the agreed time and price.

The objectives shall be achieved by planning and controlling of activities in accordance with the requirements of NS-EN ISO 9001 and the Regulation for Internal Control.

As a basic principle in our quality policy, we shall seek continual improvement for all areas that may influence quality, safety, reliability, effectivity and economy, both for Randaberg Group AS and for business associates.

Randaberg Coating waste

 Randaberg Coating has signed a cooperation agreement with Westco Miljø AS.

Westco Miljø AS shall handle all of Randaberg Coatings waste, including all special waste.

Randaberg Coating shall separate the waste in more than 15 different fractions, including steel and metal dust separated out from the blast cleaning process as well as liquid paint and thinner waste.

Randaberg Coating shall focus on the environment - and shall endeavour to bring down the total amount of residual waste.
